I am dedicated to using my extensive experience to provide my patients the highest level of dental care in a gentle, compassionate manner. I am committed to developing and maintaining long term relationships with my patients and always have their best interests as my focus.
I received my Bachelor of Arts Degree from the University of New Hampshire in 1983. After playing one year of semiprofessional soccer, I attended Tufts University School of Dental Medicine in Boston, Massachusetts and completed my dental education in 1988 when I received my DMD (Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry) degree. I continue to stay current with changes and advances in dentistry by attending continuing education courses and by membership in the American Dental Association as well as several state dental societies.
Following dental school, I began treating patients in private practice in Wolfeboro, New Hampshire but continued to give back by serving on faculty in the Department of Restorative Dentistry at Tufts. My love of dentistry and desire to provide treatment to populations in need led me to participate in several humanitarian mission trips to Haiti throughout the years. I was able to care for hundreds of patients, supervise Haitian dental students and eventually assisted in establishing a much-needed dental clinic.
I am grateful to have had the opportunity to care for patients for over 28 years at my private practice in NH before relocating with my family to South Carolina where I reside with my wife, Melissa and our three children. We appreciate the southern hospitality of our community and ability to enjoy outdoor activities year round.
I pride myself on the relationships I make with my patients by taking time to talk with each patient as we determine together what is best for them and their individual circumstances. My staff and I look forward to meeting you as you allow us to care for your oral health needs.
